In an official change of command which took place on 16^th August 2013 at MPSOTC camp, Col (GRC A) Nikolaos Arampatzis handed over the command of MPSOTC to Col (GRC A) Christos Chaidemenos, with the presence of the B’ Army Corps Commander, Lt Gen Zaharias Verigos.

   At the ceremony also presented, the Deputy Commander of the 71^st Airborne Brigate, Col (GRC A) Athanasios Nalbandis, commanders of the local military forces, representatives of the church, civil police and civilians from municipality of Kilkis.
