The invitation process for the Public Affairs Officers Course has already started. During the two weeks’ course the students will receive theoretical training on basic maters concerning public affairs, but they will also use the knowledge provided, in practice during the practical training part, having the opportunity to participate in the exercise «NORTHERN MESSENGER», where they will organise and run a Public Affairs Office in a simulated operation environment.
